Lindsay has been with Cheltenham IFA since June 2019. Initially, she was a client relationship manager, then after a brief hiatus to have her little boy, Lindsay took on the new role of operations manager as the team has grown.

It’s Lindsay’s job to ensure the business runs smoothly and to see to it that our customers experience the best possible service. Lindsay is also responsible for ensuring that our client services team has everything they need to do a great job.

On top of this, Lindsay supports our advisers and oversees our compliance processes.

Outside of work

In between working full-time and looking after her little boy, spare time is a little scarce for Lindsay! But when she does get some time, she spends it seeing friends and family, or on day trips with her fiancé and their toddler.

When Lindsay gets some “me time”, it’s normally spent walking her Beagle, Sam, or curled up with a good book.

On an ideal weekend, you can find me…

Doing a mixture of things: toddler playdates, a day trip, or enjoying some family time, then a chilled-out evening curled up on the sofa watching a movie.

My favourite holiday destination is…

A safari in the Kruger National Park in South Africa. But a week in Cornwall or somewhere sunny with my family will make me just as happy.
